The Riggo Rookie Scholarship will be awarded to two deserving recipients and is committed to advancing the professional growth of underrepresented groups in the commercial real estate industry by offering budding "rookie" minority commercial real estate landlord and tenant representatives who want to enhance their personal skills and improve business practices a personal performance coaching relationship focused on acting toward the realization of the vision or goal of the scholarship recipient.
The ideal candidate for this scholarship would be someone currently in the interview process and reasonably close to selecting a commercial real estate brokerage firm. Recipients will spend two 1-hour one-on-one sessions with Ed “Riggo” Riggins via Zoom or phone.
