You will be pleased to know that the participation in the AAREP ATL Mentorship Program will require little preparation of materials. Note-taking and journaling for the development of your strategic plan will be allowed for during mentor/mentee sessions, although you are encouraged to invest time as needed to make the most of this opportunity.
Our current programming will require you to complete a strengths/weaknesses assessment that enable our mentors and facilitators to provide an evaluation of each participant’s leadership strengths and styles. Other than that, only your active participation in attending the AAREP ATL Mentorship Program mentor/mentee monthly in-person sessions is required.
We have an established attendance policy. All participants MUST attend the opening session. Inability to attend the opening session would require withdrawal from the program, and will result in the participant not graduating.
Due to the cohesive nature of the entire program, missing more than one (1) session will prevent the participant from graduating, and the participant will not be permitted to attend the remaining sessions. Unless otherwise posted or announced, all sessions will be scheduled at the mentor and mentees availability.
To gain the most from each program, participants are required to be on time.
I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this application and the AAREP ATL Minority Mentorship Program.
