Mentorship is vital to professional development so we are offering mentorship opportunities to our members. We will kick off our 2022 CRE Minority Mentorship Program and are seeking mentors in various areas in CRE which we will pair with mentees who are on the path to excellence within their respective industry niche.
The Riggo Rookie Scholarship is designed to advance the professional growth of minorities in CRE who want to enhance their personal skills, improve business practices, and enhance personal and professional performance via a coaching relationship focused on acting toward the goal of the scholarship recipient.
The CRE Pathways Scholarship is a $10,000 award given each year to (4) four deserving high school students living in underserved communities who have demonstrated academic excellence, community involvement, perseverance despite socioeconomic limitations, and an interest in the commercial real estate industry.
The Minority Advancement Fund is a financial allotment for graduates of the CRE Future Leaders Program professionals who demonstrate a need for financial assistance. The fund can be used for trade organization dues and professional designations. The scholarship is designed to keep minorities in the CRE industry despite financial limitations.
